Valentin Royer saved seven of nine break points to win the Kingston Challenger final. The top seed defeated fourth seed Pedro Martínez 6-4, 6-2 on August 22, 2026.
First-serve points provided a clear contrast: Royer won 25 of 32, while Martínez won 17 of 34. Royer also led seven aces to two.

On return, Royer converted five of eleven break points. He held seven of his nine service games, compared with four holds in nine attempts for Martínez.
The same record lists an earlier meeting in the first round of the Aix-en-Provence Challenger on April 29, 2026. Royer won that match 6-2, 6-3; his second listed straight-sets victory over Martínez that season secured the Kingston trophy.
