Mirra Andreeva converted five of ten break points to beat Nikola Bartunkova 6-2, 6-2 in the Beijing semifinal on October 10, 2026. She recorded 16 winners and ten unforced errors in 74 minutes.

Andreeva said frequent return practice began with coach Conchita Martínez’s initiative: even against strong serving, she wanted ways to pressure the server. Five breaks supplied the match-day result.
