Lucas Miedler and Marc Polmans beat Jakob Schnaitter and Mark Wallner 6-2, 6-2 in the Kitzbühel doubles final on July 25, 2026. They conceded four games across the two sets.

Their route had included a much closer escape. In his tournament interview after the final, Miedler recalled winning the second-round deciding tiebreak 14-12. That two-point margin had kept the eventual champions in the draw.

The Austrian and Australian had won Gstaad together only days earlier. The second trophy continued their winning run, while it was Miedler’s third Kitzbühel title personally.

The organisers identified the absence of an Austrian singles quarterfinalist as a sporting disappointment. In doubles, Miedler supplied a home title in the event where an Austrian contender had remained.
