The 2019 VCORE Galaxy Black 98 and 100 both use a 27-inch length and 16×19 pattern. Yonex’s period microsite lists a 22–22–21 mm beam for the 98-square-inch model and 24–25–22 mm for the 100. The shared colour and pattern therefore accompany different head areas and beam profiles.

Yonex describes Aero Trench as shielding the upper grommets to reduce air resistance. The page also explains Aero Fin above the throat and Liner Tech, intended to support string movement on off-centre impacts.
